How to Reserve
- Contact us at paddle@gckayaking.com or call us at 1-250-557-4562 or use the web form at the bottom of the page.
- We will send you our trip registration, medical, and disclaimer of liability forms or you can download them from this page – see links to the right. You can send the trip registration and medical forms back to us electronically. Please print, sign, and send us the disclaimer form by mail.
- A 200$ non-refundable deposit reserves a space.
- Please send signed waiver and 200$ cheque deposit (payable to: Green Coast Kayaking) to:

Canada - We will email you confirmation of your reservation (once we receive your deposit and forms) and provide you with further trip information (meal assignments and ideas, balances owed, final trip details) closer to trip start date.

Answers To Some Frequently Asked Questions
- A non-refundable deposit reserves a space.
- Full payment of your balance owed is due 60 days before trip start.
- If you cancel, you will get your balance back. However, if you cancel 14 days or less before trip start, we will refund you 75% of your balance.
- If we cancel (which has not happened since beginning in 2000!), we will let you know at least 30 days prior to trip start and will refund your deposit and balance. However, we cannot be responsible for additional expenses incurred as you prepare for your trip (e.g., plane tickets, clothing, insurance).
- We are unable to process credit cards. In order to minimize your costs, please pay by cheque. Thank you, we appreciate it.
- If you are unable to pay by cheque please let us know and we will send you information on how to pay for your trip through PayPal.
